Who am I ? (part 14) Involution and creation

  Human existence is full of suffering. There is a need to get rid of fluctuating bouts of fleeting happiness and sadness and replace it with eternal bliss. I believe that ignorance is the cause of bondage and using the tools of reasoning and inquiry, one needs to get rid of ignorance and false knowledge. With the removal of erroneous understanding, the defects in the form of desire, in the form of action, in the form of past karmas ( actions ) and suffering gets snapped one after the other, leading to bliss and contentment. Therefore knowledge is the means to liberation.



So, let us continue on our journey for knowledge of the self, with the most important understanding of the involution process.

The waveform subtle energy collapses to manifest in a human form, as we saw in the last blog. So, humans have the complete range of frequency ranging from the highest frequency of the universal consciousness to the slower individual consciousness consisting of the intellect , emotions and awareness to still condensed and slower frequency of the bio energy or prana and finally the human body. Every human has all these energies within them in different proportions.


 The complete energy spectrum could be divided into five divisions or koshas (sheaths / layers)



1. the universal consciousness layer – Anandamaya kosha (nourished by bliss)


2. the intellectual layer – Vijnanamaya kosha (nourished by knowledge)


3.the emotional layer – Manomaya kosha (nourished by behaviour / attitude)


4.the bio energy – Pranamaya kosha (nourished by bio-energy)


5.the physical body – Annamaya kosha (nourished by food)

Each of these layers is a part of the complete electromagnetic energy spectrum with different frequencies. These are not watertight layers, but broad divisions of the complete energy range. There are many different school of thoughts that divide the energy spectrum in different manner. Some of the prevalent understandings are the three type of bodies (causal, subtle and gross or the thrity six tattvas or the five koshas. As repeatedly mentioned, all the five layers exist in a human body and therefore, to think that you occupy just a few cubic feet of space is pure illusion. You have the infinite within you, you are not restricted to the human form, but go far beyond that.

 So, from the above chart, one can deduce that higher consciousness leads to higher intellect and more emotional sensitivity to more complex bio energy and physical body. While every object – animate or inanimate contains consciousness, the biological evolution has been accompanied by increasing consciousness and therefore higher intellect, more efficient internal biochemistry, more genetic and extra genetic stored information, more complex and sensitive structure and increased capacity to process and analyse information. At every evolutionary stage, the consciousness and energy increases and forms get more and more complex. Some key understandings



1. Existence can be divided into four broad parts – the physical, plant, animal and human worlds, all of them containing all the three critical components – consciousness, energy and form.

 2. They are all made of atoms which contain all the elements in varying degrees – ether (space), air, fire, water and earth



3. The physical world of rocks, stones and earth was created first by the slowing down of gas and it contains the least amount of consciousness and therefore the least intelligence and sensitivity.

 4. After the creation and saturation of the physical world, the next world of plants started getting created with more consciousness, and therefore more intelligence and complexity. It started evolving into more complex photosynthetic varieties of plants.


 5. After the plant kingdom species had been saturated, the first cells with nuclei was created which evolved into worms, insects, birds, animals and mammals with more and more consciousness. As seen in our involution model – consciousness is directly proportional to the other koshas, so higher consciousness leads to complex intellectual ability, more complex brain structures, more sophisticated and sensitive nervous and other systems.


6. After saturation of the formation of the animal kingdom, the first vestige of the human race got created with the origin of Proconsul, the ancestor of apes and man. As humans have evolved from apes to the homo sapiens, over centuries, their consciousness has increased with increase of intelligence and sensitivity. One can find higher size of brain, intellect and more complex nervous system in modern man than the pre historic one.



HUMANS WILL EVOLVE IN THE NEXT FEW CENTURIES AT AN ACCELARATED PACE CREATING SUPER INTELLIGENT SPECIES WITH INCREASED CONSCIOUSNESS AND MORE COMPLEX UNDERSTANDINGS AND SUPERIOR BRAINS. WHEN THEY START USING THE ETHERIC SPACE TO CONNECT AND HEAL AND WHEN THEY CONVERT THE SCALAR ENERGIES INTO USABLE ENERGIES, THE GROWTH OF MANKIND WILL ACCELERATE.


Therefore, in this blog, I have tried to explain the involution process of energy and frequency and its connection to the universe and evolution. The next one will be an important blog on mind-body and soul connection.
